Hi, I’m Andrew Lindley—and I’m running to represent Ward 4 on the Billings City Council.

I’ve lived in Billings for years with my wife and our three kids, and we’ve built our life here because we believe in the strength of this community. From weekend hikes on the Rimrocks to youth sports, school events, and small business connections—this city means a lot to us.

Professionally, I’ve spent my career in technology and leadership, most recently serving as the Chief Information Officer for Venture Employer Solutions. In that role, I’ve learned how to solve big problems, lead teams through change, and make smart decisions with our resources—all skills I’m ready to bring to city government.

But what matters most to me is being present, listening to people, and working on real solutions to real problems. I’m not running for political points—I’m running because I care deeply about the future of our city.

Billings is facing serious challenges, from public safety and budget shortfalls to maintaining parks, supporting small businesses, and building a city that works for everyone. I believe we need thoughtful, practical leadership to tackle those issues—not just slogans or quick fixes.

This campaign is about service, solutions, and showing up. I’m committed to listening first, acting with integrity, and making sure the people of Ward 4 have a voice at City Hall.
